Technical Planning for Successive Renovation of Landshut Indoor Pool

Technical Planning for Technical Equipment (ELT): Basic services for service phases 1-3, 5-9 for plant groups 4, 5, 6, 8 according to § 55 para. 1 sentence 2 HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 2 in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI 2021, plus special services for the successive renovation of the Landshut indoor pool. The indoor pool, built in the early 1970s, requires fundamental renewal of the roof structure, building envelope, pool deck, sanitary and changing areas, and the building's technical infrastructure (ventilation, heating, electrical, treatment plant). The pool system (stainless steel) is in good condition and not part of the fundamental renovation. Implementation will occur in seven construction phases (BA 1: roof, ceiling, facade; BA 2: pool deck; BA 3: concrete repair; BA 4: showers, changing rooms; BA 5: entrance area, gastronomy; BA 6: technical systems; BA 7: sauna), each during summer closing periods. Planning is scheduled to begin in 2026/2027 for service phases 1-5 across all construction phases; execution (from service phase 6) is planned from 2028 to 2033. The estimated total renovation costs are approximately 12.55 million EUR net, of which approx. 5.5 million EUR net are for cost group 300 and approx. 5.2 million EUR net for cost group 400.
