Planning services for Technical Building Equipment (TBE): Plant groups 1 (wastewater, water, and gas systems), 2 (heating systems), 3 (ventilation systems), and 7 (usage-specific and process engineering systems, including refrigeration systems and commercial refrigeration for large kitchens) according to HOAI service phases 1-9 for the modernization of the existing premises of the economic building of the Munich Riot Police, Rosenheimer Str. 130, 81669 Munich. The building comprises approximately 6,700 m² of usable area with a large kitchen, dining hall, conference and administrative rooms, as well as ancillary rooms and technical areas. The measure will be carried out during ongoing operations. Cost ceiling: 14,040,000 EUR gross.
