Specialist Planning Services TGA, Electrical for the Construction of a Fire Station

Planning services for Technical Equipment, plant groups 4 and 5 (Electrical): Service phases 3 to 8 according to § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 to HOAI for the construction of a new fire station in Neuenstein, located at Öhringer Straße (parcel no. 1930). The spatial program includes 5 parking spaces including a wash bay, a reserve space of at least one parking space, training room, ready room, kitchen, office for command staff, changing rooms/sanitary facilities, workshop, telecommunications operating center, storage (each at least according to DIN 14092 based on 70 emergency personnel and 25 members of the youth fire brigade), storage areas suitable for a logistics concept with GW-T, alarm parking spaces, outdoor facilities with training possibilities, and emergency power supply with a separate generator. Planning services up to and including LPH 2 have already been provided and are to be used as a basis. Total costs are estimated at approximately 7.9 million EUR gross (cost groups 200 to 700 according to DIN 276-1:2018-12). Documents for the grant application must be prepared by early February 2027, and construction is planned for mid-2027. Further separate tenders for building object planning and TGA HLS are planned.
