Object Planning Services for the New Fire Station in Neuenstein

Object planning services for buildings and interiors: Service phases 3-8 according to § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10.1 to HOAI for the new construction of the fire station in Neuenstein, Öhringer Straße (parcel no. 1930). The spatial program includes 5 parking spaces including a washing area, a reserve for at least one parking space, a training room, a ready room, a kitchen, an office for command staff, changing rooms/sanitary facilities, a workshop, a telecommunications center, and storage (each at least according to DIN 14092 for 70 emergency personnel and 25 youth fire brigade members), storage areas suitable for a logistics concept with GW-T, alarm parking spaces, outdoor facilities with training possibilities, and emergency power supply with a separate generator. The planning is based on services already provided for LPH 1 and 2. Estimated total costs are approximately EUR 7.9 million gross (cost groups 200 to 700 according to DIN 276-1:2018-12). Documents for the funding application must be prepared by early February 2027, and construction is planned for mid-2027. Further planning disciplines (TGA Electrical, TGA HVAC) will be tendered separately.
