Planning Services Technical Equipment (HLS) for New Fire Station Neuenstein

Planning services for technical equipment (HLS) for the construction of a new fire station in Neuenstein: service phases 3 to 8 according to § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 to HOAI. The fire station includes 5 parking spaces with washing area, at least 1 reserve parking space, training room, ready room, kitchen, office for command staff, changing/sanitary rooms, workshop, telecommunications control center, storage (each at least according to DIN 14092 for 70 emergency personnel and 25 youth firefighters), storage areas suitable for a logistics concept with GW-T, alarm parking spaces, outdoor facilities with training possibilities, and emergency power supply with a separate generator. Total costs are approximately EUR 7.9 million gross (cost groups 200 to 700 according to DIN 276-1:2018-12). Planning for service phases 1 and 2 is already available. Documents for the grant application must be prepared by early February 2027, with construction scheduled to begin mid-2027. Further planning services for building object planning and electrical technical equipment will be tendered separately.
