Structural Engineering Planning Services for the New Fire Station in Neuenstein

Structural engineering planning services: Phases 1 to 6 according to § 51 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14.1 to HOAI for the new fire station in Neuenstein at Öhringer Straße (parcel no. 1930). The spatial program includes 5 parking spaces including a wash bay, a reserve space of at least one parking space, training room, ready room, kitchen, office for command staff, changing rooms and sanitary facilities, workshop, telecommunications center, storage (each at least according to DIN 14092 for 70 emergency personnel and 25 youth firefighters), storage areas suitable for a logistics concept with GW-T, alarm parking spaces, outdoor facilities with training options, and emergency power supply with a separate generator. Estimated total costs are approximately EUR 7.9 million gross (cost groups 200 to 700 according to DIN 276-1:2018-12). Planning is to begin as soon as possible after contract award, preparation of funding application documents by early February 2027, and construction start mid-2027. Object planning, electrical building services, and HVAC building services are being tendered in parallel; further items as per the tender documents.
