Road pavement renewal west of Zschortau: traffic safety and diversion with 1 mobile traffic light system, approx. 32 m³ topsoil removal, approx. 400 m³ soil excavation and utilization, approx. 1,620 m subgrade preparation, approx. 60 m gully construction, approx. 18 units tree protection, approx. 4 units clearance cuts, approx. 7 units tree crown maintenance and pruning, approx. 20 m root barrier installation, approx. 105 m drainage string installation, approx. 250 m³ frost protection layer installation, approx. 90 m³ crushed stone base layer installation, approx. 1,900 m² asphalt milling up to 4 cm, approx. 570 m² asphalt removal up to 17 cm, approx. 350 m² natural stone paving removal, approx. 670 t asphalt base course AC 22 TN installation, approx. 1,220 m² asphalt reinforcement grid, approx. 2,020 m² asphalt surface course AC 11 DN installation, approx. 20 units guide posts installation. Construction services are to be performed from 12.10.2026 to 30.11.2026. Alternative bids and multiple main bids are not permitted. Required securities: 5.0% of the contract sum for contract fulfillment (from 250 TEUR), 3.0% of the settlement sum for defect claims (upon request). Proof of suitability includes a self-declaration according to § 6a VOB/A, information on minimum annual turnover for the last three years, qualification for safety work at construction sites (MVAS), qualification as a certified specialist for road markings (ZTV M 13), and the RAL quality mark for traffic signs, further items as per the tender documents.
