Landscaping works for Federal Road 2 Wellaune Bypass: Supply, planting, and maintenance of 10 large trees (H. 5xv. 30 -25 cm trunk circumference), 57 standard trees (H. 3xv. 16 -18 cm trunk circumference), 16 standard trees (H. 3xv. 14 -16 cm trunk circumference), and a total of 73 standard trees (H. 3xv.), as well as 510 deciduous tree saplings and 790 shrubs; creation of 2,860 m² landscape lawn using regional seeds, 4,050 m² roadside herbaceous borders using RSM, and 10,960 m² tall perennial meadows; supply and erection of 350 m browsing protection fence; maintenance of approx. 2,010 m² woody areas; mowing of 1.8 ha herbaceous areas (partially on narrow sub-areas); including 1-year completion care and 2-year development care. Construction services begin on 02.11.2026 and end on 15.10.2030. Specific deadlines are: completion of planting works by 31.03.2027 or 31.03.2028, completion care by 30.09.2027 or 2028, and development care by 15.10.2028/15.10.2029 and 15.10.2029/15.10.2030. Alternative bids and multiple main bids are not permitted. A performance bond of 5.0% of the contract sum (for contract values over 250 TEUR excl. VAT) and a warranty bond of 3.0% of the settlement sum are required. Advance and final payments are made according to VOB/B. Bidding consortia must be jointly and severally liable and appoint an authorized representative. Proofs of suitability include a self-declaration of suitability (HVA B-StB) or a Uniform European Self-Declaration, information on minimum annual turnover for the last three years (total and in the field of activity), if applicable, information on subcontractors, a declaration of bidding/working consortium, three reference certificates, confirmations of suitability information, a confirmation of annual turnover by an auditor/tax consultant or audited annual financial statements/P&L, an exemption certificate according to § 48b EStG, price calculation documents (original calculation), information on technical personnel, and a description of equipment and technical facilities.
