Dismantling of existing mesh fences and new construction of enclosures with double-rod mat fences, including partial renewal of gates at 6 rainwater retention basins in the districts of Leipzig and Nordsachsen: 6 units of construction site setup and clearing, 599 m of vegetation area clearing, 3 units of door/gate removal and disposal, 589 m of fence removal and disposal, 4 units of gate manufacturing and installation, 589 m of fence manufacturing and installation. Execution is scheduled from 28.09.2026 to 16.11.2026, with commencement no later than 15 working days after request. Alternative offers and multiple main offers are not permitted. Required securities: 5.0% of the contract sum for contract fulfillment (from 250 TEUR), 3.0% of the settlement sum for defect claims. Proof of suitability includes information according to § 6a VOB/A, minimum annual turnover, 1 to 3 references for comparable construction services from the last five years, qualification for safety work according to MVAS, tax clearance certificate according to § 48b EStG, and price calculation documents.
