New traffic light system at S 11 / Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße in Eilenburg: Traffic safety measures, installation and provision of mobile traffic light systems, erection of 9 signal poles, installation of 31 signal heads, cabling of the entire system, production of a tactile paving system, installation of 9 cable shafts, approx. 50 m trenchless pipe laying, production of empty conduits. Construction work is scheduled from October 19, 2026, to November 27, 2026, with work commencing 15 working days after contract award and completion 30 working days after the start of work. A performance bond of 5.0 % of the contract sum is required for contract values exceeding EUR 250,000. Alternative bids and multiple main bids are not permitted. Proof of professional competence, capacity, and reliability must be provided in accordance with § 6a VOB/A, including details on minimum annual turnover for the last three years, at least 2 references, qualification for safety work at construction sites according to MVAS, and qualifications for road markings according to ZTV M 13.
