Facade Repair and Renovation for KAS and ZRU in Oreshets Substation

Facade repair and renovation for KAS and ZRU in Oreshets Substation: For ZRU, the following works are planned: removal of compromised plaster on the facades and its restoration according to the existing pattern, repainting of the facades, replacement of first-floor windows of the ZRU with new ones and installation of 2 ventilators, replacement of downpipes, restoration of the terrace slab section, corrosion removal and repainting of the stairs and terrace ledge, replacement of the glazing and terrace door on the second floor, replacement of the parapet cap, and further items. For KAS, the following works are planned: removal of compromised plaster and application of new plaster, application of plinth and bay window insulation made of extruded polystyrene foam, application of facade rock wool insulation, replacement of downpipes, replacement of second and third-floor windows, removal of metal profiles from terraces and their glazing, dismantling, maintenance, and installation of an inverter split air conditioning system, and further items.
