Repair of VLVN and Autotransport Premises

Repair of VLVN and Autotransport premises located at Vidin, Treti Bdinski Polk, No. 13, operated by ESO EAD, Management MER Montana, Vidin department: Exterior works include dismantling and replacement of downpipes, chipping off damaged plaster to a sound base, plaster restoration, installation of plinth insulation with extruded polystyrene (XPS), installation of facade rock wool insulation, and replacement of outdoor lighting fixtures. Interior works involve removal of faience and ceramic tiles, replacement of interior doors, chipping off plaster, replacement of sinks and toilets, replacement of lighting fixtures, partial replacement of clean and waste water pipes, plaster restoration and waterproofing, laying tiles on walls and floors, dismantling and construction of a new suspended ceiling in the workshop, partial removal and restoration of plaster in rest and work rooms followed by painting of walls and ceilings, and cleaning and painting of wooden floors.
