Delivery of concrete mixes: Products are to be delivered and unloaded free at the contracting authority's sites. Fresh concrete must be homogeneous and plastic, according to BDS EN 206 or equivalent. Concrete classes according to BDS EN 206 or equivalent: Class XO for areas without risk of corrosion and aggressive action; Class XC for areas with risk of corrosion caused by carbonation; Class XS for areas with risk of corrosion due to chlorides from seawater; Class XD for areas with risk of corrosion due to chlorides other than seawater; Class XM for areas subject to heavy mechanical impact; watertight concrete characterized by high resistance to water penetration.
