Landscape Architecture and Engineering Structure Planning for Cultural Tourism on Oybin Mountain

Planning services according to § 39 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 11.1 HOAI for outdoor facilities and according to § 41 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 12 HOAI for engineering structures, covering service phases 4 to 9. The commissioning is phased: initially service phase 4 (full or limited to partial services), optionally followed by service phases 5 to 9. Additional services include data integration and transfer (30 hours) and optional adjustments to service phase 3 (maximum 70 hours). For the optional service phases 5 to 9, special services such as the creation of outdoor facility inventory documentation (LPH 8) and supervision services for development and maintenance, as well as defect rectification (LPH 9), are planned. The fee calculation is based on fee zone IV, with eligible costs (net) of 790,402.37 Euro for cost group 500 and 44,550.00 Euro for cost group 600 (movable outdoor furniture), plus existing building fabric to be processed of 39,520.12 Euro. The fee proposal must include hourly rates for project managers, employees (engineers, technicians), technical drafters, and other staff, as well as a daily/half-daily meeting flat rate.
