Building automation according to DIN 18 386 for the BMUV extension building in Berlin

Building automation according to DIN 18 386 for the extension building of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety in Berlin (Stresemannstraße 128-130, 10117 Berlin), 7-story with underground parking and two building sections A+B: Installation of a management and operating facility including control stations, 26 automation focal points for plant automation, 41 automation focal points for room automation, cable pulling, and creation of cable routes using mounting systems. Maintenance services are also included. The contract duration comprises 4 execution periods, starting no later than 12 working days after receipt of the order letter, ending on 30.11.2029. The contractor must contribute to the targeted BNB certification (Gold for the building, Silver for outdoor facilities), observe requirements regarding low waste, noise, and dust, as well as the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance, and declare materials according to Annex 01 "Material Requirements" Quality Level 5, including completing Annex 02 "Declaration Tables" (Excel) and attaching technical data sheets and safety data sheets according to 1907/2006/EG.
