Access control, security, and information technology for the Bundesrat annex with visitor center in Berlin-Mitte: The building consists of a 5-story head building and an L-shaped, 6-story administrative wing. The services include video intercom systems with approx. 65 IP door panels, approx. 10 intercom stations and connection to an IP-PBX (PBX is not part of the scope), approx. 4 porter intercom stations, 3 internal connection intercom stations; an access control system with approx. 130 readers, approx. 35 readers with code keypad, approx. 75 door controller units, approx. 190 overarching door interlocks; and a clock system with 3 PoE wall clocks (SNTP). The project aims for a BNB certification in silver; the contractor must contribute to the successful certification and observe requirements regarding waste reduction, noise reduction, dust reduction, and the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance during construction. Compliance must be demonstrated through at least monthly site inspection reports. For used wood products, FSC or PEFC CoC trade certificates must be provided. Execution period: October 2026 to December 2028.
