Permit and Execution Planning for the Eger Bypass Road

Planning services for the Eger Bypass Road: Preparation of decision-making documentation, a feasibility study, complete permit plans and their approval, as well as complete execution plans and their permitting and approval. The planning includes approximately 17 km of national road (of which approximately 1.4 km is a 2x2-lane expansion of an existing 2x1-lane road and approximately 15.6 km is a 2x1-lane new construction section), approximately 9 km of local roads (approximately 6 km new alignment, approximately 3 km pavement reinforcement), 13 roundabouts (including 3 turbo roundabouts), reconstruction of 7 at-grade intersections, construction of 12 simple or vehicle-sorting intersections, 6 new structures, reconstruction of 3 existing structures, and construction of 1 at-grade railway connection. A new 2x2-lane national road bridge over a railway line with a maximum superstructure length of 81.8 m is planned. Furthermore, the planning includes climbing lanes, retaining walls and cuttings, approximately 1 km of new cycle paths, 2.7 km of pedestrian paths and sidewalks, and an estimated 2 pedestrian crossings. The complete permit and execution plans must be BIM-based according to Regulation 31/2024. (VIII. 22.) ÉKM. The contractor must cooperate in the public procurement procedures for the construction implementation. The preparation of the complete execution and tender plans, as well as volumes III, IV, and V of the procurement documents for execution, is subject to a separate condition precedent. Optional designer supervision is foreseen, which includes monitoring the project construction, verifying the implementation of the execution plans, identifying hindering or facilitating factors, proposing solutions for technical uncertainties and problems during construction, and assisting in resolving technical questions related to the execution plans during construction. further items as per the tender documents.
