Renovation of residential buildings as a fixed-price total contract, including all building technical works and LVISA works (Heating, Water, Ventilation, Electricity, Automation). The project concerns two residential buildings constructed in 1977, each with 3-5 floors and four stairwells, two carports, and a waste shelter, located at Asiakkaankatu 4, 00930 Helsinki. Currently, there are 96 rental apartments; after renovation, there will be 99 rental apartments (approx. 5,597 m² living area). The estimated contract start is 01.02.2027, with an estimated construction start of 03/2027. The renovation is expected to be carried out in one phase. Relocation of residents to temporary housing and their return moves are part of the contract.
