New Residential High-Rise Construction, Helsinki-Sompasaari
Construction of a residential high-rise in Helsinki-Sompasaari as a fixed-price SR contract: includes civil engineering works, all LVISA works (Heating, Water, Ventilation, Electricity, Automation), and all necessary planning. Also included is the demolition of a light mast on plot 10667/3, Heka Kalasatama Nihdinranta 8, including foundations, potential electrical works, removal, waste fees, and backfilling of the demolition area to excavation level. The buildings will be connected to a waste vacuum collection system. Planning can commence after signing a preliminary agreement. The estimated start of construction work is May 2027, with work to begin no later than June 2027. Further details are available in the tender documents.
