Development of multi-branch design and cost documentation, specifically architectural-construction, technical, and execution designs in structural, sanitary, electrical, and telecommunication branches, as well as bills of quantities, investor cost estimates, and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works. The documentation includes solutions to meet the requirements for Temporary Shelter Places, including user safety, ventilation, utility supply, hygienic-sanitary conditions, and resistance to hazards. Obtaining all required agreements, opinions, permits, and administrative decisions, such as branch-specific agreements, agreements with relevant authorities, and if necessary, building permits or construction work notifications. Preparation of complete documentation in a form and scope enabling a public procurement procedure for construction works and their proper execution. Optional service: author's supervision for up to 39 months from contract signing.
