Multidisciplinary Concept and Design Documentation for the Reconstruction of Szkolna Street and Adjacent Roads in Pogórze

Development of a multidisciplinary concept and design documentation for the reconstruction of Szkolna Street and adjacent roads in Pogórze, Kosakowo Commune: reconstruction of Szkolna Street including the Honorowych Dawców Krwi roundabout, reconstruction/construction of Słowackiego, Stefana Żeromskiego, Majakowskiego, Broniewskiego, Marii Konopnickiej, Henryka Sienkiewicza, and Juliana Tuwima streets; creation of complete project-related cost and design documentation (building design, executive design, bill of quantities, technical specifications, investor's cost estimates), obtaining all necessary approvals and the final ZRID decision (road investment permit) on behalf of the contracting authority, participation in approx. 3 social consultations, design of road lighting, drainage systems (rainwater sewerage with a retention-infiltration tank on plot 137/8), parking spaces, bicycle paths, and small architectural elements (benches, waste bins, bicycle racks, bus shelters, information boards, plant pots) as well as perennial roadside greenery; consideration of safety improvements near the Primary School (e.g., traffic lights, raised pedestrian crossings); Majakowskiego and Broniewskiego streets to be designed as one-way; documentation must allow for phased implementation (7 stages); further items as per the tender documents.
