Concept and Project Documentation for SYNERGIA Sports and Recreation Center, Pierwoszyno (Phase II)
Concept and Project Documentation: Development of a complete, multi-disciplinary design and cost documentation for the design of a multi-functional building and the development of the former barracks area in Pierwoszyno into a sports and recreation center. The center is intended to serve as a modern Olympic preparation center and professional sports center, especially for BMX cycling (freestyle, racing), Obstacle Course Racing (OCR), summer biathlon, sport shooting, archery, skateboarding, badminton, weightlifting, and beach volleyball. The design must consider the requirements of sports federations and be accessible to all user groups, including residents and tourists, with adaptations for various skill levels and incorporating recreational, rehabilitation, and relaxation functions. The site development includes a roller rink (usable as an ice rink in winter), nature-historical and Kashubian educational paths, a sensory garden, Nordic walking paths (cross-country ski trails in winter), paintball infrastructure, beach volleyball courts, a dog park, playgrounds, calisthenics zones, green areas, small architectural elements (e.g., chess tables, intergenerational infrastructure), a bicycle town for children, parking, pedestrian paths, a "Great Meadow" (inspired by Central Park) with fire pits, urban grills, benches, hammocks, park benches, urban park loungers for picnics, yoga, and summer cinema, a natural outdoor amphitheater, a "tree crown" path serving as a viewing platform for Puck Bay with climbing elements, and a SPA zone including jacuzzi, bathing tubs, Finnish sauna, steam sauna, infrared sauna, snow cave, salt cave, Turkish bath, and wellness/SPA rooms for treatments and massages; further items as per the tender documents.
