Heating and Sanitary Systems for Family Center (former Barracks Building 4004), Ludwigshöhviertel

New construction of sanitary and heating systems in the basement, ground floor, 1st and 2nd upper floors of the listed existing building of the Ludwigshöhviertel Family Center: Sanitary systems include the complete new installation of the drinking water system (cold water distribution from stainless steel pipes, decentralized hot water preparation, automatic hygiene flushing), equipping sanitary areas with WC facilities, washbasins, urinals, showers, slop sinks, and barrier-free areas, as well as the complete new construction of the wastewater system (PP pipes for connection, collection, downcomer, and ventilation lines) and lifting units for drainage points below the backflow level. Work on main pipes outside the building is not included. Heating systems include the complete new construction of the heating system with a heat pump in combination with connection to the existing district heating network of the campus (heat exchanger), a new stainless steel pipe heating network for all floors, underfloor heating (heating circuit distributors, control valves, individual room controls), heat supply for three central air handling units, as well as the production of heating circuit distributors, pump groups, shut-off, control, and balancing devices, and connection to the building management system (BMS). Overall services include fire protection pipe penetrations, fastenings, fittings, valves, insulation work, connection and ancillary services, as well as testing, flushing, commissioning, and balancing. Planned execution times: planning coordination November 16, 2026, construction start December 07, 2026 (planned), completion of heating & sanitary January 20, 2028 (planned - 370 days after start of execution). Start of execution within 12 working days after receipt of the request (expected by November 02, 2026). Completion within 370 working days after the deadline for the start of execution.
