Drywall Works for Ludwigshöhviertel Family Center

Drywall works for the interior fit-out of a listed former barracks building, being converted into a family center. The works include: interior walls with aprons (approx. 40 m²), partition walls (thickness 100 to 250 mm, approx. 1,195 m²), furring walls (thickness 100 to 125 mm, approx. 528 m²), shaft walls (thickness 100 to 150 mm, approx. 55 m²), including 6 inspection hatches and 146 door and window openings; suspended ceilings and ceiling linings, including acoustic ceilings made of perforated gypsum boards (approx. 1,185 m²), smooth suspended ceilings and ceiling linings (approx. 52 m²), and grid ceilings (approx. 113 m²), including 54 inspection hatches; linings for roof slopes (approx. 828 m²), knee walls (approx. 163 m²), and 20 dormers, including connections to 4 roof windows and a skylight strip (approx. 38.5 x 2.00 m); installation of wall absorbers (approx. 48 m²) and ceiling absorbers on roof slope lining (approx. 228 m²); fire protection linings for steel columns, beams, and timber trusses (approx. 72 m²). The execution period is approx. 31 weeks. Site work commencement is 01.03.2027, completion of drywall works on 16.11.2027, and completion including wall absorbers on 11.02.2028.
