Ventilation Technology for Renovation of Ludwigshöhviertel Family Center
New installation of ventilation systems for parts of the ground floor, 1st, and 2nd upper floor of a listed barracks building: mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation for areas where natural ventilation is insufficient due to sound insulation requirements. Three central ventilation systems (RLT-systems) will be newly installed in the basement, including a new air duct network of rectangular and round ducts to the usage areas. Various supply and exhaust air outlets will be used. Outdoor and exhaust air routing will be via the facade or external windows. Air distribution includes fire dampers, volume flow controls, silencers, and other control and installation components. The RLT-systems will receive heating registers, with heat supplied from the new or existing heating center. The ventilation systems must be fully integrated into the building management system (BMS). Installation will occur within the existing building, considering existing beams and limited installation heights. Existing systems are not to be dismantled. All necessary fastenings, fittings, transitions, connections, and ancillary services for a fully functional ventilation system are included. Planned execution times: planning coordination November 16, 2026, start of work on site December 07, 2026 (planned), completion of ventilation January 20, 2028 (planned or 370 working days after call-off). Execution to begin within 12 working days after client's request, expected by November 02, 2026. Completion within 370 working days after the deadline for the start of execution.
