Sanitation and repair works for the Mocrea waste sorting hall in Mocrea, Arad County: sanitation of interior surfaces of the hall and machinery, including high-pressure washing (1,820 m²); dismantling and replacement of 3 existing car gates with new metal gates including necessary accessories; demolition and reconstruction of facade claddings and corrugated sheet metal roofing, including fastening elements (785 m²); repair or replacement of skylights and transparent polycarbonate or plexiglass enclosures (251 m²); repair or replacement of gutters for the rainwater collection system (200 linear meters); repair or replacement of downpipes for the rainwater collection system (128.10 linear meters); demolition of existing floors and reconstruction of sorting cabin floors with 25 mm OSB panels (162.80 m²); cleaning and sanitation of the exterior terrain and embankments in the hall area (1,000 m²); auxiliary operations for complete execution, including dismantling, loading and transport of resulting materials, machinery, consumables, and temporary protections (machinery for 10 days).
