Engineering and laboratory services for the site clearance of the former Lauffenmühle area in Lauchringen (approx. 66,700 m² project area, approx. 6.7 ha total property size, approx. 1.5 ha sealed surface including building floor slabs 52 ha, approx. 13 buildings, approx. 330,000 m³ gross floor area of buildings, approx. 3 tank and separator systems, approx. 1 suspected contamination area (KVF), approx. 2,000 m² additional contaminated areas): exploration, investigation, evaluation, planning, and tendering for building, plant, and sealing removal, contaminated site remediation, production of recycled materials, soil treatment, internal use of soils, and disposal/recycling of soils and demolition materials with waste-law relevant contaminations. The site clearance requires geotechnical, soil protection/waste law, and safety supervision. Engineering services for demolition planning for the development works are to be provided. Individual services include investigation, evaluation, planning, and tendering for civil engineering, earthworks, and demolition works (exploration of soils, backfills, building and plant substance; basic evaluation; preparation of demolition applications; preliminary, approval, and execution planning; creation of tender texts/documents; assistance with awarding; documentation), occupational safety and SiGe coordination during planning/execution phases, investigation services (technical exploration/pre-exploration, sampling, investigation, documentation, laboratory coordination, on-site analyses, laboratory chemical analysis services, waste and soil protection law evaluation, waste management declaration, quality assurance for production and use/recycling/disposal of recycled materials, soils, and backfill materials), planning and creation of tender texts/documents for the demolition of a culvert for the development works, and site supervision/local construction supervision.
