Engineering services for the modernization of "Nikolai Katranov" Secondary School in Svishtov: preparation of an investment project in the "Working Project" phase for the internal renovation of premises, implementation of green urban infrastructure measures on the school grounds and surrounding area, exercise of author's supervision during construction and assembly works in accordance with Art. 162, para. 2 and 3 of the Spatial Planning Act, and execution of construction and assembly works for the major renovation of classrooms and premises, including green urban infrastructure measures and the creation of an accessible architectural environment for people with disabilities. Detailed requirements are specified in the Technical Specification. A framework agreement will be concluded with one bidder, followed by a public procurement contract after funding is secured; funding is not secured at the time of the procedure opening.
