Delivery of milk and dairy products for children's institutions in Svishtov Municipality: an estimated 17,850 kg and 19,500 liters. Deliveries are to be made according to a fixed schedule, by 7:00 AM DDP the children's institutions' warehouses, twice weekly, following a written request (email, courier, or to a representative of the Contractor) one day prior to delivery for the required quantities by authorized persons from the specified children's institutions. Packaging requirements as per technical specifications must be met. Each delivery must be certified with a document stating the production date and shelf life. Quality standards, manufacturer standards, and current Bulgarian and EU regulations for food production, supply, and transport must be observed. The quantities specified in the technical specification are estimated (indicative) and not constant for the contract period; the contracting authority reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and not to order the entire assortment, based on actual consumption needs.
