Supply of Food Products for Kindergartens in Svishtov Municipality

Supply of cereals and cereal-based products for kindergartens in Svishtov Municipality: approximately 7,345 kg. Deliveries will be made according to a fixed schedule, twice a week by 7:00 AM free to the warehouse of the kindergartens, following a written order (email, courier, or to a representative of the Contractor) one day before the delivery day by authorized persons from the specified kindergartens. For deliveries, packaging requirements for individual food products/goods as specified in the technical specification must be observed. Each delivery must be accompanied by a document stating the production date and shelf life of the respective product. For all food products, quality requirements, manufacturer standards, and applicable legal acts of the Republic of Bulgaria and EU regulations governing the production, marketing, and transport of food products in the country must be observed. The quantities of products stated in the technical specification are prognostic (indicative) and not constant for the contract period. The contracting authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities of the respective food products and goods, or not to order the entire assortment, in accordance with the actual consumption needs of the serviced facilities.
