Delivery of meat for kindergartens in Svishtov Municipality: Deliveries are to be made according to a fixed schedule, by 7:00 AM free to the warehouse of the kindergartens, twice weekly after a written request (email, courier, or contractor's representative) one day before delivery. Packaging requirements as per the technical specification must be observed. Each delivery must be accompanied by a document stating the production date and shelf life. For all food products, quality requirements, manufacturer standards, and applicable Bulgarian and EU regulations governing the production, supply, and transport of food products in the country must be met. The quantities specified in the technical specification are estimated (indicative) and not constant for the contract period. The contracting authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities of the respective food products and goods, or not to order the entire assortment, depending on the actual need of the serviced facilities.
