Engineering Services for Renovation and Conversion of Gau-Bickelheim Community Center

Engineering services for work phases 5 to 8 (9 optional) according to HOAI for the renovation and conversion of a community center in Gau-Bickelheim. Planning for work phases 1 to 3 (4) is already completed and must be adopted. The historical building ensemble from the 16th century, which is a listed monument, covers a plot area of 1,292.54 m² and consists of four functionally connected building parts: a main building (two-story with single-story hall extension, apartments, vaulted stable for max. 35 persons, usage for max. 150 persons, partially basement), a one-and-a-half-story annex building (with post office and youth room, no basement), Barn A (storage area for the building yard, partially basement), and Barn B (partially converted into a library, rooms for heating system, partially basement). The goal is a barrier-free and future-oriented redesign into a modern village center, including improvement of technical infrastructure and adaptation to current usage requirements. A fire protection concept dated 18.03.2026 is available. The area will be completely closed during renovation and conversion. The project will be realized in one construction phase. The estimated total costs (cost groups 300-700) are gross 2,930,000.00 EUR.
