Complex Development and Demolition Works for the Jósa András Museum

Complex development of the Jósa András Museum: Comprehensive development of the existing museum buildings 'A' and 'B', demolition of buildings 'C' and 'D'. The listed building to be renovated has a usable floor area of 4,043 m². The plot area is 4,695 m², the built-up area is 2,560.48 m², and the green area coverage is 527.23 m². Demolition of building D covers 910.16 m², and demolition of building C covers 759.54 m². Additionally, subsequent injection wall waterproofing works of 296 kerm.m² and high-pressure injections for soil stabilization over 1,089 m are planned. Affected disciplines include architecture, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, fire protection, accessibility, and landscaping. BIM-based technical implementation must be applied during the preparation of the execution plans.
