Full-scope planning works for the renovation of existing residential streets in Nyíregyháza (Alkotmány u. between Nádor u. and Rózsa u., Csillag u., Kéz u., Róka u. between Nádor u. and Rózsa u., Rózsa utca), including review of residential streets, planning their transformation, standardization and necessary renovation of pedestrian surfaces, and planning of utility relocations and rainwater drainage related to road construction. Preparation of combined permit and execution level plans, plan supplements, and fulfillment of any deficiencies. Related tasks: preparation of documentation concerning the preservation of biological activity, provision of designer supervision tasks. The planning area covers approx. 1,685 linear meters.
