Design services for the Kertváros Canal development

Design services for infrastructure development in Nyíregyháza within the "Kertvárosi csatorna fejlesztése" (Garden City Canal Development) project: preparation of permit plans and execution plans, undertaking designer supervision tasks (5 occasions), and professional support for public procurement procedures related to the associated construction works. An existing plan for the "Kertvárosi csatorna rekonstrukció" (Garden City Canal Reconstruction), which includes the reconstruction of the main collector canal bed lining and the creation of two flood peak reducing storm water reservoirs, requires further design/redesign as it does not meet current "TOP Plusz" program requirements. The design task involves the further design/redesign of the existing plan based on an excerpt from the foundational document and the initial assessment of the Green Infrastructure Plan Jury, considering the "TOP Plusz" program requirements. This includes the preparation of new, unified, and final permit and execution plans, conducting related permitting procedures, and providing the necessary documentation for the public procurement procedures of the works to be implemented based on the new plans. Additional tasks include the preparation of documentation related to the preservation of biological activity and the execution of designer supervision tasks. The design area covers the section of the Nyíregyháza VIII. main flow partial catchment area between chainages 0+597 and 2,247.8 km, including bed lining replacement. 2 new earth-bedded storm water reservoirs are to be designed according to the issued documentation. Furthermore, detailed landscape architectural plans are to be prepared in accordance with the professional opinion of the Green Infrastructure Plan Jury.
