Planning services for the development of a forest exercise track and the creation of a recreation park

Technical planning services for the development of a forest exercise track and the creation of a recreation park. Services include the preparation of permit-level designs including Natura 2000 impact assessment, incorporation of jury feedback, execution of approval procedures, preparation of detailed designs, and provision of designer supervision (5 occasions per lot). Furthermore, professional support for future construction procurement procedures, preparation of a rehabilitation engineer certification, and performance of cost expert tasks according to § 19 (4) of Act LXIX of 2023 on state construction investments are included. For the forest exercise track, the design of an accessible wet block (1 pc) with separate areas for men, women, and accessible access, as well as a cleaning storage room, and the covering of an existing forest stage (1 pc) using landscape-appropriate materials are to be planned. For the recreation park, an educational trail, interactive educational points, bat houses and birdhouses, a barbecue area, tables, benches, sunbathing areas, bicycle stands, and a stump garden are to be planned on an area of approximately 9,700 m² and along a 230 m long path and a 113 m long forest strip, minimizing paved surfaces and maximizing green areas. The planning services must comply with the requirements of the TOP_PLUSZ-6.2.1-23 tender and various Hungarian construction and planning laws. The designer is obliged to define requirements in the technical description for separate collection and preparation for recycling of construction and demolition waste according to § 13 (1) lit. g of Regulation 235/2024 (VIII. 8.) Korm. A penalty of 1% of the net offer price will be incurred for non-compliance with this requirement. further items as per the tender documents.
