Laboratory planning for the extension of the institute building at MPI for Biogeochemistry, Jena

Planning services for the extension of the institute building at MPI for Biogeochemistry in Jena: Demolition of an old greenhouse, extension of an institute building with office, special, and laboratory areas (approx. 590 m² NUF 1-6), new construction of a greenhouse with technical center based on the house-in-house principle, renovation work on the existing building, technical infrastructure, and supply and disposal lines underground. The extension spans levels OG 1, EG, U-1, and potentially U-2, with a connection to the existing building via a bridge on OG 1 and at level U-1. Additionally, 12 parking spaces are planned in the outdoor facilities. The estimated construction costs (KG 300+400) are 7.5 million € net, with total construction costs (KG 200-700, excluding KG 611 and KG 612) of 12.5 million € net.
