Electrical Engineering Services for Max Planck Society Construction Outposts, Mülheim – Düsseldorf
Electrical engineering (ELT) services for technical outposts of the Max Planck Society in Mülheim and Düsseldorf: Framework agreement according to § 21 VgV for building maintenance, upkeep, and repair of technical building equipment and systems, including planning services for construction measures. Services are based on §§ 53 – 56 HOAI and must be performed during ongoing operations of the STRC (Max Planck Institute for Chemical Energy Conversion) and EIFO (Max Planck Institute for Sustainable Materials) institutes. Knowledge in science and research, as well as experience in maintenance measures during ongoing operations, is required. Remuneration is via a lump-sum fee. The contract starts on 01.01.2027; estimated and maximum fees are detailed in Annex 01 of the tender documents.
