Outdoor facilities for the institute building extension at the MPI for Biogeochemistry in Jena: Location of 12 additional parking spaces in the outdoor facilities. The overall project includes the demolition of an old greenhouse, the extension of an institute building with approx. 590 m² NUF 1-6 for office, special, and laboratory areas, the new construction of a greenhouse following the house-in-house principle, and resulting conversion work on and within the existing building, on the technical infrastructure, and on supply and disposal lines in the ground. The extension spans levels OG 1, EG, U-1, and possibly U-2, with connections to the existing building on OG 1 and U-1. The estimated construction costs (KG 300+400) are 7,500,000 € net, and the total construction costs (KG 200-700, excluding KG 611 and KG 612) are 12,500,000 € net. Provisional measures ensure institute operations during the construction phase.
