Electrical Engineering Services for Institute Building Extension MPI for Biogeochemistry, Jena

Electrical engineering services for the extension of the Institute Building at the MPI for Biogeochemistry in Jena. The project includes the demolition of an old greenhouse, the new construction of an institute building with approximately 590 m² NUF 1-6 for laboratory and office use and special areas, the new construction of a greenhouse with technical cabins based on the 'house-in-house principle', as well as renovation work on the existing building, its technical infrastructure, and underground supply and disposal lines. The extension will span levels OG 1, EG, U-1, and possibly U-2. The estimated construction costs (KG 300+400) are 7.5 million € (net), with total construction costs (KG 200-700, excluding KG 611 and KG 612) of 12.5 million € (net). 12 additional parking spaces are planned in the outdoor facilities. Provisional measures will secure institute operations during the construction phase. Further items as per the tender documents.
