Delivery of bacteriological reagents for the Bacteriology Department: Offered medical devices must be certified, registered, and placed on the market and used in accordance with the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022 (Dz. U. z 2024r., item 1620). Equivalent solutions to specified trademarks, patents, or technical specifications are permitted. Goods from the People's Republic of China must not exceed 50% of the total contract value if the order is subject to IZM measures (EU Regulations 2025/1197 and 2022/1031); this also applies to subcontracting. Evaluation criteria are price (60%) and partial delivery time (40%); further items as per the tender documents.
