Supply of stents, custom-made hybrid systems, and external support for venous grafts
Supply of medical products: Offered medical devices must possess approvals and certificates, be registered according to legal regulations, and be placed on the market and used in accordance with the Polish Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022. They must comply with applicable standards or technical specifications, with equivalent solutions being permitted. Goods supplied must not originate more than 50% of the total contract value from the People's Republic of China (PRC) if IZM measures apply according to Regulation (EU) 2025/1197 and Article 8(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2022/1031; subcontracting to PRC entities is also limited to a maximum of 50% of the total contract value. Offers will be evaluated based on price (80%) and partial delivery time (20%).
