Supply of 5 compact tractors and their adapters

Supply of 5 compact tractors and associated adapters for BKM Nonprofit Zrt.: 5 compact tractors (or equivalent), 5 tipping trailers with extensions, 5 snow ploughs, 5 salt spreaders, 5 front brushes, 5 additional front weights, 1 front loader. The delivery includes unloading, commissioning, functional testing, handover of accompanying documentation, user training, and vehicle registration. Mandatory maintenance services for 48 months, including provision of spare parts (including wear and tear parts). Tractors and adapters must be new (max. 25 operating hours for tractors, manufacturing date not older than 12 months, no prior registration). Estimated annual operating hours: 625 hours/year. Warranty period: 48 months. Delivery period: 250 working days. Required documents: delivery note, EC declaration of conformity in Hungarian, operating and maintenance instructions in Hungarian (paper and electronic), spare parts catalog, warranty/service booklet, work safety inspection document, list of wear parts. Registration documents must be handed over within 10 working days after acceptance. Products must comply with Hungarian regulations and standards MSZ EN ISO 12100 and MSZ EN 13524.
