Design of Public Lighting Systems for Budapest

Design of reconstruction, modernization, and development of public lighting equipment and networks in Budapest: Framework agreement with a net volume of 150,000,000 HUF for 24 months or until the framework amount is exhausted, with 70% of the framework amount to be drawn down. Planned quantities include 638 units and 12,500 linear meters. Services comprise the preparation of complete design documentation with technical descriptions, drawings, dimensions, and unpriced and priced bills of quantities. This includes obtaining all necessary official permits, approvals from public space owners and operators, and e-utility statements. Potentially required fees for MÁV/highway crossings, green area management expert opinions, land registry title deed fees, geodetic base maps, environmental impact studies, traffic management, and tree protection plans are also part of the scope. Design errors must be corrected free of charge within 5 working days.
