Supply of Electric Buses and Charging Infrastructure for Plovdiv Urban Transport

Supply of 20 new electric single buses (12 m ± 1, low-floor, M3, Class I, two axles, compliant with Regulation (EU) 2019/2144, type approval according to Regulation (EU) 2018/858 or Ordinance No. 60 of 24.04.2009) and specialized additional equipment: equipment, software, and tools for maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of traction electric motors, high-voltage systems, traction batteries (manufacturer-regulated), pneumatic systems, and low-voltage electrical systems. Also included are 16 slow-charging stations (cable, 3x380 VAC, -25° to +40° C, fully automatic, with reporting, control, and self-diagnosis functions, communication and data transfer capabilities, galvanically isolated and secured, full charge in maximum 6 hours, bidder to specify power) and 4 fast-charging stations (pantograph, 380 V, -25° to +40° C, partial charge in maximum 30 minutes, minimum power 150 kW). The service also includes warranty maintenance for buses and charging stations (defect removal at the contractor's expense) and training for 4 driver instructors, 4 drivers, 4 service workers, and 4 technicians for maintenance, operation, and repair of the charging stations. Consumables for routine service are not included. The acquired assets will be 100% owned by "Ecobus Plovdiv" EOOD.
