Delivery of Network Equipment for the University of Silesia in Katowice

Delivery of network devices: The devices must be new, unused, and from current production (manufacturing year not earlier than 2026), with required certificates for sale and use in Poland. The contract includes purchase and delivery of devices to the contracting authority's premises, including unloading and transport to the specified location. Free warranty service must be provided. Delivery period: up to 5 weeks from order date. Minimum manufacturer's warranty: 12 months from acceptance protocol. Service response time: no later than 4 working days after defect notification. Delivery addresses: Lots A, B, D to Zespół Infrastruktury Informatycznej Kampusu Katowickiego, ul. Uniwersytecka 4, 40-007 Katowice; Lot C to Dział Płac, ul. Bankowa 12, 40-007 Katowice. Shortening the delivery period or extending the warranty period will be considered in the offer evaluation. Detailed specifications are contained in annexes 2A-D of the tender documents.
