Delivery of servers for the University of Silesia in Katowice

Delivery of 2 servers: The devices must be brand new and unused, originate from current production (manufacturing year not earlier than 2025), and possess relevant certificates for sale and use in Poland. The scope includes the purchase and delivery of the equipment to the client's premises, including unloading and transport to the location specified by the client. Free warranty service must be provided. Delivery address: University of Silesia in Katowice, Department of IT Support for Study Process, ul. Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice. Delivery deadline: up to 5 weeks from the order date. The minimum manufacturer's warranty is 60 months from the acceptance protocol date. Service reaction time is no later than the next business day after fault notification (NBD). The offered ICT products, services, and processes must not include elements identified in national cybersecurity recommendations as having a negative impact on state security or originate from a provider classified as high-risk.
