Painting, varnishing, coatings, wallpapering: short-term minor maintenance work in commercial and residential buildings as well as administrative buildings in Berlin, typically performed in occupied or used conditions. The subject is property area 12 (Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz). Services are to be performed according to StLB-Bau (Z) LB 663 (07/2023) using an upward and downward bidding procedure in accordance with § 4 Abs. 4 VOB/A. Framework agreement duration: 01.01.2027-31.12.2027, with up to three contractors based on a rotation principle. Estimated contract volume for 2027: 150,000 € gross. Maximum value per individual order: 20,000 € net. For small orders up to 500 € net, a surcharge of 50 € is granted. The number of individual orders is expected to be distributed as follows: up to 500 € net approx. 15%, over 500 to 2,000 € net approx. 35%, over 2,000 to 5,000 € net approx. 25%, over 5,000 to 10,000 € net approx. 20%, over 10,000 to 20,000 € net approx. 5%. The unit prices are specified by STLB-BauZ; bidders offer a percentage markup or markdown on all unit prices. Markdowns greater than or equal to 50% lead to exclusion. The award criterion is price.
