Ventilation Systems for the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation

Ventilation systems: short-term minor works for building maintenance in commercial and residential buildings as well as administrative buildings in Berlin, property area 12 (Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation). Contract duration 01.01.2027-31.12.2027, framework agreement with up to three contractors, individual orders based on a rotation principle. Estimated contract volume for 2027: 125,000 € gross. Maximum value of a single order: 20,000 € net. A surcharge of 50 € is granted for small orders up to 500 € net. Estimated distribution of individual orders: up to 500 € net approx. 15 %, over 500 to 2,000 € net approx. 35 %, over 2,000 to 5,000 € net approx. 25 %, over 5,000 to 10,000 € net approx. 20 %, over 10,000 to 20,000 € net approx. 5 %. Award procedure according to § 4 para. 4 VOB/A using an upward and downward bidding process, unit prices for services are specified by STLB-BauZ, bidders offer a percentage increase or decrease over all unit prices. Price is the sole criterion for ranking; award to bidders ranked one to three, provided they agree to the average values formed from the offers; further items as per the tender documents.
