Metalwork for Fire Protection Facade in Nikolaikirche Anklam

Metalwork for a post-and-beam fire protection facade F30 / EI 30 in axis M3 between the tower and nave of Nikolaikirche Anklam, from level 00 (top of finished floor + 0.30 m) up to the top of the segment arches (approx. + 15.00 m): load-bearing steel structure made of 80/50 mm posts and 80/50 mm beams in steel hollow sections with DB 703 powder coating; associated F30 fire protection glazing as laminated safety glass (VSG) with warm edge in black and UV-resistant edge seal; EI 30 / F30 fire protection tubular frame escape door elements according to DIN EN 179 (3 single-leaf doors South Nave, 2 double-leaf doors with automatic drive Middle/North Nave); all connection details to existing masonry, reinforced concrete beams, plinths, and drywall connections including cladding sheets t = 2 mm, drywall cladding 2 × 1.25 cm gypsum board F30, and F30 fire protection sealing layer. On level 02, posts and beams are to be executed in cylindrical arch geometry with inner radii R = 327.5 cm (South Nave), R = 420.5 cm (Middle Nave), and R = 267.5 cm (North Nave); glass elements are flat and must be fitted with arch-shaped cut edges into the curved post-and-beam contour. Works are to be carried out in a listed building context and in coordination with the monument authority, fire protection planner ISBM GmbH, and structural engineer IngenieurGruppe Bauen. Coordination with parallel tender units (carpentry VE-20, steel construction stairs/balconies VE-21, screed VE-22, HVAC VE-28, electrical VE-30 / VE-33) is required. Scaffolding required for the fire protection facade is a separate item; lifting equipment and small/rolling scaffolding must be factored in by the contractor. Installation heights of components above top of finished floor nave (+ 0.30 m / + 3.05 m / + 6.30 m / + 10.80 m) are specified in the item descriptions.
